July 2026

The month of true summer finally arrived. After a long, hard year of working on a Master’s degree, I finally had a moment to breathe and enjoy this little life of mine. I did my best to make the most of it, rest, and reset. Shall we begin?

1. The Snapshot

I started the month off with several visits with friends, visiting Málaga for a quick trip, getting a new tattoo to represent this year’s growth, more time with friends, watching Toy Story 5 and feeling very old, and sending off a friend moving back home from university.

At the beginning of the year, I made a Vision Board for 2026, but also for each month of the year. That way, my goals are smaller and seem more manageable. I’ve replaced my Pinterest pictures for July with my own pictures. 71% of the July Vision Board, done.

2. The Questions & Answers

What did I move closer to this month? I made huge leaps toward my future financial plans (view here).

Where did I grow, even if results aren’t visible yet? I am getting better at managing my energy and understanding when I need to walk away and reset.

What am I most proud of? I passed my Master’s thesis with a 7,0/10!

What’s no longer serving me? The belief that I need to have everything figured out right now.

What’s the next right step? I will continue to work toward my business plans.

3. The Manifestations

Manifestation: I am aligned with my body’s wisdom and honor her.

Action Plan: (1) Visit a new city (2) Chase after an old dream (3) Give myself space to explore.

Limiting Beliefs to Let Go Of: (1) I cannot have no plan (2) I must decide soon (3) I have no alternatives.

Daily Affirmation: I allow my body to decide before my mind.

Visualizations: I see an honored body, I feel flexible and free, I have the source within.

4. The Challenge

For the next 31 days, I challenge you to determine the top repeating fear of your life and find ways to make that fear smaller. It could be writing out the worst case scenario and how you would get yourself out of it, figuring out who you could call on for help with it, or so many other things. But find ways to make that fear a little bit smaller.
