In my early 20’s, I hit a wall of isolation that left me breathless. I felt completely disconnected — from others, but mostly from myself. Then I realized that if I didn't learn how to be alone with myself, I would never truly be free. I bought a one-way ticket, not to escape my life, but to finally meet the person living it.

From “Vacations” To Internal Voyages

My journey didn't start with confidence; it started with a trembling hand holding a passport. I began traveling solo, expecting to find beautiful landscapes. Instead, I found my voice.

I discovered that every missed train, language barrier, and solo dinner was a brick in the foundation of my self-worth. I moved from the US to Honduras, to Bonaire, to living out of hostels, to the Netherlands — navigating the complexities of new cultures while simultaneously navigating the complexities of my own mind. I stopped looking for “things to do” and started looking for “ways to be.” This transition from external travel to internal development is where my new ikigai was born. I realized my mission wasn't just to see the world… it was to help other women find the confidence to navigate it (and themselves) with unshakeable faith.

The Weight of Disconnection

There were days in my early 20’s when the loneliness felt physical. I struggled with a profound uncertainty about my life path and a paralyzing fear of “what’s next?” I lived in a state of constant comparison (even against myself), feeling like I was failing at a game I didn't even want to play. I knew there was “more,” but I had no idea how to reach it.

The Power of Purpose

Today, my life looks radically different. Not because I don't face challenges, but because I have the tools to meet them. I live with a sense of absolute freedom that comes from discipline and self-knowledge. I’ve traded isolation for deep, authentic connection. Now, I spend my days coaching high-achieving women to stop “tripping” through life and start journeying with intention. I am no longer wandering; I am leading.
