January 2026

The first 31 days of 2026… gone. What?!?! Time is such a weird construct. It feels like 2025 was forever ago, but also like January came and went in an instant. But regardless of how we measure our time, it’s important to take note, to sit with passed time, and learn the lessons we might’ve missed in the moment. Here’s my personal version of what I encourage you to do before February officially starts.

1. The Snapshot

It’s crazy to believe that 1/12 of 2026 is already done. January was incredibly busy and full of moments that felt a little uncomfortable and a little overwhelming, but they were matched with moments of grounding and coming home to myself. The quick recap of January for me is this: I started working out again consistently, I continue to work on building a platform to help women with their confidence through solo travel, I tried out for a privately hosted TEDx talk, I went snorkeling with orcas and whales for a weekend in Norway, I finished the first semester of my Masters program, and I continue to work on my personal goals of 2026.

At the beginning of the year, I made a Vision Board for 2026, but also for each month of the year. That way, my goals are smaller and seem more manageable. I’ve replaced my Pinterest pictures for January to my own pictures (sub 2 that didn’t happen; top corners). January Vision Board, 87% successful.

2. The Questions & Answers

What did I move closer to this month? I keep getting closer to my business/professional goals, my personal health goals, and my random-hobby goals.

Where did I grow, even if results aren’t visible yet? I am getting stronger and building stamina in the gym, becoming more resilient with health issues (which are getting better!), and learning new skills (professionally and personally/hobby-wise).

What am I most proud of? I am proud of myself for continuing to show up, even when I don’t want to, when I’m tired, when I’m not feeling well… but I still put in the work to meet my goals.

What’s no longer serving me? I feel like a particular relationship I’ve had for years is something that I need to let go of now. It hurts, and it’s uncomfortable, but it does not serve me anymore.

What’s the next right step? To continue asking for help from those who have gone before me and getting myself “out there” because visibility attracts opportunity.

3. The Manifestations

Manifestation: It is safe for me to trust my feminine power and energy.

Action Plan: (1) Continue showing up in my professional goals (2) Keep going to the gym consistently (3) Continue fighting for my ultimate health (mental, physical, spiritual) (4) Give myself space to listen to what my body needs… and honor that

Limiting Beliefs to Let Go Of: (1) I am not worthy of abundance (2) I am incapable of attracting the right opportunities (3) I must keep relationships even if they do not serve me

Daily Affirmation: I am allowed to expand and take up space in the world.

Visualizations: I see a strong, healthy body and a growing business, I feel confidence and gratefulnes, I have ideal clients, genuine friends, and proof of my value.

4. The Challenge

For the next 28 days, I challenge you to choose one goal (not two, not three… just one) that you’ve had on your heart for some time but haven’t started to work towards, and journal about it. What’s been stopping you from starting? What is the “what-if” that seems too big? What would happen if you continue to disregard this goal/dream? What would happen if you work towards that goal/dream? How would your life change if you attain that goal/dream? What kind of person would you see when you look in the mirror, knowing you’re working toward that goal/dream? Sit with it.
