November 2025

November was simultaneously never-ending and way too short. I have felt my energy levels changing with the weather, but I still have plenty of memories full of laughter and fun. Learning to enjoy moments I never thought I would. So, WTF, November. Let’s talk about ya.

Table of Contents

1.Wins | 2.Takeaways | 3.Failures | 4.Was That Fun?

1. Wins

  • Big / Small Victories: Joining my Freedom Tribe with my friend Puck, officially starting to work on my business plans, getting the ball rolling with doctors to figure out what’s going on in my body right now, and learning that I passed both of my first two exams for school.

  • Moments of Joy: Getting a tattoo of my two homes next to my heart, having a day with my girlfriends from school, meeting up with a friend I made while backpacking for a day, re-watching scuba videos from Bonaire as I edit them for work, visiting with a friend from Bonaire in a new city for a day, having a really good conversation with someone unexpected, doing a paint-and-sip night with girls in my building, and visiting my parents for a weekend in Paris.

  • Number of Books Read: 3 read; 1 audiobook finished

  • Favorite Quote: “I am rooted, but I flow.” - Virginia Wolf

  • Favorite Location: My bed, because my body had a rough month and I listened when it needed rest.

  • Favorite Meal: 6-course meal on a bus tour around Paris with my parents

  • Favorite Memory: The feelings of excitement and anticipation when I realized someone I like really enjoys my conversations back.

2. Takeaways

This month, I learned that I have the power to manifest all of my dreams. I am a magnet for what I want, because it wants me back even more. What’s made for me is in my heart for a reason and won’t pass me by. I am powerful energy.

3. Failures

  • Expectation: If I was able to attract the attention of someone I’m interested in, and they show interest the first day, good things will follow.

  • Reality: I need consistency and communication that sometimes is fleeting and passes; creating boundaries to make space for what’s right for me is sometimes necessary.

I’m learning that just because I can attract attention, it doesn’t mean that person is able to offer what I need.

4. Was That Fun?

The last 30 days/720 hours/43.200 minutes of 2025 have come and gone. We only have 31 more days left of this year. I started the year in Spain, then Morocco, Spain again, Andorra, Netherlands, USA, Bahamas, USA, Bonaire, USA, England, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, moved to Netherlands, and traveled to Belgium, Bonaire again, France… it’s been a busy year, considering I haven’t been backpacking since January- at least not reallyyyyy. What an adventure it’s been. Ready to close out 2025 and welcome in 2026.
